Before
Treatment: Before approaching our hospital, he had taken Italian treatment at
Vijayawada for HIV/AIDS. He was tested in Elisa and found HIV Postive. Later he approached
our hospital.

of Treatment:Dt. 13.7.2000 to Dt.
14.11.2000
Symptoms:He
suffered with symptoms like Fever, Fatigue, Sweats, Loss of Appetite, Body Pains, Pains of
Limbs, Joint Pains, Thirst, Sleeplessness, Fear, Abdominal Pain..
During
Treatment:After 15 days of treatment
Fever, Fatigue,Sweats, Loss of Appetite subsided and after one to three months symptoms
like Body pains, Pains of Limbs, Joint Pains, Thirst, Sleeplessness, Fear, Abdominal Pain
also subsided.
After Treatment: After treatment
of 6 months, he was tested CD4 ^ CD8 853/739 at Specialty Ranbaxy Ltd. on 6.4.2001 and in
Western Blor Test of HIV-I found all bands negative and only Serun Control Band Postive.
His weight increased from 70Kg to 74Kg. Now the patient is healthy and able to do his own
profession Business.
Our Observation: This patient may
be having viral load in hundreds per ml plasma, so HIV-I&II infection turned Negative
with in 6 months. Same as above in Western Blor Test HIV-I&II bands rurned Negative
but serum control positive. Now the patient is healthy and able to do his own profession
Business.
