44 YRS., Female, WT: 55 KG

v    Duration of treatment – 7.6.99 to 6.10.99.

v      On 7.6.99 she present her symptoms / complaints as under duly codified Indigestion (23), Neuralgia (73), Fatigue (2), Diarrhoea. Since 20.5.99 – Abdominal Pain (21), Weight Loss (5), Sweats (3), Fatigue (2). Her symptoms nos.3, 6, 23, 73 and 90 were subsided within 15 days and rest of the symptoms subsided within 2 months.

v       Her Lab Report of Elisa Test on 15.9.98 - reactive for HIV antibodies. On 7.7.98 Sushruta Diagnostic & Research Center - Screening test for HIV I & II reactive. VDRL Test – Non Reactive HBS (Ag) – Negative. On 24.10.98, NIMS Report – Western Blot Test - Positive for HIV I  & HIV II.

v      After treatment one year four months on 16.2.2000 – Specialty Ranbaxy Ltd.– CD4 & CD8 – 365-800 (Normal). On 24.2.2000 – Sneha Polyclinic & Path. Lab. Report for Western Blot Test for HIV I & II Negative (all bonds).  Now  Patient doing well and has gained weight with  symptoms free.

OUR OBSERVATION: This patient may be having viral load in thousands per ml plasma, so HIV-I&II infection turn HIV (-ve) Negative with in 2 years. Same as above in Western Blot test HIV –I&II all bands turned HIV (-ve) Negative .
