23 Yrs. Male, Wt: 53Kg. Dt. 24/3/1999.

Brief History : lab test done in a Elisa Medical centre the patient came to know that he is suffering with AIDS. Later he was confirmed the same at Kamineni Hospitals, Hyderabad.

Duration of Treatment:   24.3.99 to 23.7.99.

Symptoms:  He suffered with symptoms like Cough, Body Pains, Throat Pain, Palpitation, Abdominal Pain, Head-ache, Burning of Eyes, Loss of Appetite, Fever, Itching.

During Treatment: Many of the symptoms subsided within a month and the patient felt better. His weight also increased, gradually his appetite became normal.

Lab Investigations: Before treatment on 21.9.98 - Self reference - Kamineni Hospitals - HIV I & II Reactive (Elisa Test).

During treatment on 29.7.99 - Speciality Ranbaxy Ltd. Done - CD4 & CD8  test

  622 / 1763.

After 4  months treatment with all diet restrictions. Dt.18.2.2000 - Kalinga Diagnostic Services - HIV-I positive (+)Ve (9 Bands) & HIV-II negative( -Ve). Dt.27.9.2000 he was tested at Sneha Poly Clinic & Pathology Lab his western blot report showed HIV I- 4 Bands negative (P-55, P-31, P-51 and P-66) & HIV-II – Negative after compellation of treatment one year two months.

His weight before treatment was 53Kg and after treatment his weight improved Dt. 21//9/2000. 70Kg.  Now patient is living healthy and happily and doing his business.

OUR OBSERVATION: This patient may be having viral load in thousands per ml plasma, so HIV-I&II infection turn  HIV (-ve)Negative with in 2 years. Same as above in Western Blot test HIV –I&II all bands turned HIV (-ve)Negative
