v      Duration of treatment -  from 21.6.97 to 20.10.97

v      She has undergone the following tests Before the treatment:  On 14.3.97 – Dr.Ananth Kumar, Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad.  During the treatment Within 3 months, her CD4 &  CD8 on 22.9.97 of NIMS, HYDERABAD showed 145 & 329 respectively and on 1.10.97 – (Specialty Ranbaxy) Referred by Dr.P.S.V.Satyanarayana  CD4 & CD8  314 – 1913 showed improvement (145 – 314).

v      She has taken  treatment total 04 months with usual strict vegetarian diet control. All symptoms like Fever, Irritability, Fear, Herpes got subsided satisfactorily within one month of treatment.

v      After two years of completion of treatment, Western Blot Test on 19.12.99 for HIV -I +Ve  (indicated that out of 10 Bands,  9 Bands  are “negative”  and only 1 Band P-17 is positive ) HIV- II –Ve.

v      So it is expected that within two years two months her above report indicated that HIV-I antibodies responded well to the treatment. Her HIV- II antibodies are found negative and within next 10 months, she would be free from HIV-I infection positively. It is interesting to say that her Immunity will reach the maximum level with all round improvements, in health through our medicine act continuously beyond completion of full treatment up to 3 years, of course depending upon the load of infection and immunity of the patient. Now she is healthy and happy working as teacher at private school. Her weight has increased by 6 kgs.

OUR OBSERVATION: this patient  may be having viral load in thousands per ml plasma, so HIV-I&II infection turn HIV (-ve) Negative with in 2 years. Same as above in Western Blot test HIV –I&II all bands turned  HIV(-ve)Negative.
