The patient's Grand-father has written a letter as follows:

My daughter first gave birth to a daughter. She was normal till the age of one year. At that time she suffered with fever and fits. Later we used medicines of another Doctor but problem persisted. Then we brought her to your hospital, as the fever did not come down to normalcy, my son-in-law took her to another hospital, where she died of paralysis.

My second granddaughter was normal till the age of three years. At that time she suffered with fever, fits, . We thought it to be infection and though you have not guaranteed we have kept her in your hospital for two months. As we were afraid of losing this granddaughter also, so we kept her under your observation for two months and fits subsided. Later we took her home and after two months hydrocephalous also has come to normalcy.

Later my grand-son was born. He was also healthy till the age of one year, like previous children. Later he suffered with fits for every few minutes, all the organs like, neck, hands, legs, eyes used to shiver. After bringing him to your hospital and after using medicine for about a month, 2/3rd of the symptoms subsided. Now shivering of hands, legs, neck, head subsided. At this stage he suffered with the only symptom of Un-consciousness. This symptom also subsided after 40 days. He is now able to have milk in a normal way and is healthy now when compared to before.
