COMMENTS:

In the practical  experience, we have noticed that many patients may be cured HIV infection within 6 months, beyond 6 months  to 1 year or between one year to three years, depending on the viral load in the body per ml for Plasma in the Patient. But it is good experience that many of our patients are unable to go in for viral load test, which is very costly, prohibitive (Rs.10,000/-) and beyond the reach of the poor,  middle class  Patients.

So it is seen that the patients having viral load of hundred ml of plasma-serum will be HIV in range / normal within one year like-wise thousands may take 2 years, in lakhs may take 3 years with the unique effect of the wonderful drugs.

This Institute have achieved very high successful treatment / control / cure rate ranging from 98 % to 100 % on the solid experience in this filed. Of therapies (on HIV INFECTION).

Some Patients while approaching us for taking treatment of HIV/AIDS infection do conceal their names and give us false address probably to avoid giving their real identities, to get rid of acquiring bad name, shame to themselves, family and society. We do very strictly maintain their details as confidential and try to convince them in order to keep their faith on the Secrecy of individual identity of every patient at G.P. Institute/Hospital. All records of every patient are computerized on modern way at our Office Computer.

We have circulated an elaborative request letter / intimation printed in Telugu language explaining the patients, guardians etc., how to approach to the treatments. The letter contains simple modalities to follow the valuable instructions. This is only to enable any person or any concerned body / Organization of Private / Government namely Ministry of Health and Family welfare Government of India - ICMR/CCRAS to directly communicate with our listed patients who have undergone treatment at this Institute.

The present day concept on various methods of laboratory tests on HIV-I & II antibody instead of confirmatory test of Western Blot which is costlier, one-consecutive two Elisa Tests of different antigens may be undertaken with minimum cost and Elisa Test is cheaper indeed for poor/middle and upper class patient. Only well to do patients who can afford for Western Blot and viral load test can be undertaken by them. It is highly impossible for any economically poor patients to spend Rs.10,000/- per each viral load test.
