In Ayurveda a unique
clinical entity was described about 3,000 years back during Samhita period which is
identical in the etiological, clinical features and prognosis of dreaded disease HIV/ADIS.
Sushruta Charya used the term "VYAVAYA SOSHA" while narrating
the evil effects(Symotoms) of preverted sex indulgence.
After a considerable time of trial - The G.P.Institute(a Research Centre) has formulated
these four formulations manufactured by G.P. Pharmaceuticals (Ayurvedic Research Medicine
Division)
1. AVALMIC-I 2. AVALMIC-II
3. KAPHAYOGA 4. MEDHAMRUTHA
CLINICAL IMPRESSION:
By using these drugs, within 24 to 48 hours malaise(feverishness) subsides completely and
appetite is regained. By the end of 1st week symptoms like nausea, vomiting, loose
motions, etc subside. By the end of 2nd week headache, anxiety, neuralgia etc., disappear,
except for some skin and other problems. If the patient is not having any associated
diseases like Cancer, TB., Malaria, Typhoid etc., By the end of 3rd week there will be
weight gain. By the end of 2nd & 3rd month all the symptoms completely subside.
Gradually viral load comes down to negative within 1 to 3 years depending upon the viral
quantity present in the body and almost all cases absolute CD4 comes to normal during or
after completion of 4 months treatment.
We are evaluating the results of the HIV/AIDS patients in four different ways i.e. Elisa,
Western Blot, HIV RNA PCR ULTRA QUANT & ABSOLUTE CD4 Test.
Here - with we are presenting reports of new HIV/AIDS patients, who have under-gone
various tests and shows astonishing results during / after 4 months of completion of our
treatment at our research institute.
EXPLANATION OF FEW EXAMPLES CASES TURNED NEGATIVE:
(1) Mr.Siva 63 Years, Male
Duration of Treatment: 19.1.2001 to 8.5.2001 (4 Monhts)
This patient is suffering with heart problem. He is using pacemaker since 1992. He is
getting created at NIMS, Hyderabad. He was tested for HIV referred by ICCU Doctor - Dr.
Krishna. The out-come was that - HIV RNA PCR Ultra Quant(Viral Load) Report showed
89126(1ml of Blood). After 4 months treatment i.e as on 3.7.2001, his Viral Load showed
remarkable change i.e. it has come down to 14555 and his CD4 came to normal i.e. 608 as on
3.7.2001
(2) Mr.Rajesh 40 Years, Male, Period of Treatment - 28.3.97 to 27.7.97
The patient before approaching our institute has undergone Western Blot Test on 145.3.97
for HIV-I and HIV-II Positive.
THe patient after approaching our Institute on
8.4.97 - CD4 & CD8 - 213-505.
1.8.97 - CD4 & CD8 - 355-223.
18.4.98 - CD4 & CD8 - 521-1135.
13.2.99 - CD4 & CD8 - 632-1142.
(In these tests CD4 increased 213 to 521 to 632).
On 29.10.99 - Western Blot Test showed HIV-II Negative and HIV-I 8 Bonds Negative and 2
Bonds Positive i.e. P-51 & P-17.
His wife was aborted twice before treatment. Now she is blessed with a son and healthy.
All three person's reports showed negative after 3 years.
(3). Mr.Venkat 21 Years, Male.
Duration of treatment: 9.5.2000 to 8.9.2000(4 months treatment)
The patient was suffering with Brain Tumor - done C.T Scan and blood test at NIMS on
2.5.2000
The Neurologist informed that tumour was growing and he cannot be operated as he was
infected with HIV/AIDS.
After 4 months treatment at our Hospital with all diet restrictions of 9.9.2000 his Elisa
Test - report showed HIV-I & II antibodies negative. Again on 18.9.2000 his Elisa Test
report showed for HIV Negativ. Later he has undergone operation of Brain Tumour and the
outcome was great success.
CONCLUSION:
So we declare 99 to 100% cure, if the patient is not having any dreaded disease like T.B.
Cancer etc.,(Before, during & after treatment), then also it is curable upto 80%
depending upon the severity of T.B. or Cancer etc without any side effects.(Provided the
patient uses allopathy medicine for T.B. and Cancer along with our medicines).
So Patients attending the insitute are given free test counseling and also educated about
HIV/AIDS. The casement of the patient will be taken before starting treatment. Before
commencing at treatment instructions with regard do diet etc., are counseled to patients
as well his relatives.
The same drugs are being tried in HIV complicated cases with:
(1) T.B. by - T.B. & Chest Specialist
(2) Dermatological Disorders by Oncologist
(3) Cancer - Malignant Diseases by Oncologist
(4) Psychiatric Disorders by Neuro-Psychiatrist
They found remarkable improvement clinical, radiological and bacteriological aspects of
their patients.
The combinations of 4 drugs for total cure is our guiding principle - for achieving
encouraging results.
In this endeavor of research we have been approaching authorised agencies to monitor the

N.A.C.O since 1994 and submitting reports of HIV/AIDS for scrutiny. The Joint Director of
N.A.C.O while appreciating the work done by us has directed us to follow I.C.M.R for
formal trial of drugs. He has also put forward a proposal to grant of finance. We have not
accepted the said proposal as we have been in this field since a decade and treated nearly
600 patients of HIV/AIDS till now is per guidelines of ICMR.
Before I conclude, I express my gratitude to the authorities of I.C.M.R for under taking
the laboratory investigations to confirm the anti HIV activities in Vitro as per claim of
our drugs. I also express my gratitude to the officer-in-charge of the National AIDS
Research Institute of I.C.M.R based at Pune, of the first round of testing and found
encouraging findings in vitro. The same authorities of the above institute wish to verify
their own findings for the second round laboratory investigation of our drugs to give a
final verdict with regards to the efficacy of our drugs in vitro.
We ready to supply the drugs to any other dependable laboratory for testing. But in the
mean while we request the I.C.M.R authorities to verify the clinical Reports of our
patients treated with our drugs along with the laboratory investigations obtained before
& after treatment.
We have hadful of case reports of our patients, who clinically got rid of all symptoms of
AIDS and regained good health. The laboratory reoorts of these patients i.e. CD4 has come
to normal within 4 to 6 months & viral load gradually turned negative withing one to
three years.
Therefore I appeal to all those who are concerned with the noble task of attacking this
dreaded disease to arrest the spreading of HIV/AIDS like wild fire globally.
